Have you ever had an idea, a dream inside you for the longest time, but never felt it is
possible? You shove it aside and plunge yourself into working hard at your job, and do every
possible thing under the sun (most of the time sleeping or watching TV) except that one
thing that you resonate with.

Sometimes you pluck up the courage to give your dream a shot, but life soon gives you
various reasons not to continue. Sometimes it is because you lack support from the people
around you, sometimes you lack certain knowledge and abilities, sometimes you lack
self-belief, sometimes it is just a curve ball that life throws at you from nowhere. This is the
time when most people give up.

Sounds familiar? What if we tell you that there is more? That there is a set of mechanics
behind any project manifestation and this is just a very common starting phase that you
would face in the full process to manifesting your dreams? And that there is a way for you to
manage yourself and your resources to overcome the ups and downs in this process?

In the process of doing your work and
reaching for your weekly milestones, what you
are really doing is battling over age-old
self-limiting beliefs and building muscles in
basic principles which would serve you in the
long-run, such as discipline, integrity,
self-love, self-management,
time-management and effectiveness.

Warning - you may attempt to run
away from your dream or try to make
your project something that does not
matter to you for whatever reasons
deep in your psyche e.g. fear of failure.
That is where the support of the

Meet the Creator

Kelvin Lim

Kelvin is the founder of ECI & LYM and a professional coach since 1997. He is a pioneer in the coaching field and has contributed significantly to the growth of the coaching industry in Asia. He received his certification as a Master Certified Coach in 2005, becoming the 1st person in South East Asia to receive the highest possible certification in the field of professional coaching.

Meet our Instructors

Loo Mei Yee
Mei Yee was a successful career woman in a healthcare MNC before coming across coaching in 2007 when she was looking for direction in life. Having found her answers and more through coaching she decided to move back to Singapore to be close to her family and eventually became a coach in early 2008 to support others in their search for direction. As a coach, her ability to connect with and understand others emotionally, along with her firm and unwavering determination, empowered over 700 people to achieve their dreams and goals over and over again. Clients know Mei Yee as an individual who is warm, understanding, direct and extremely supportive of their growth in life.
Julia Ng
Julia was a highly sought-after branding and design consultant and specialist for 13 years, working with companies to develop their corporate brands, before embarking on her coaching career in 2003 when she added personal development into her repertoire as an important component for a person’s or organization’s full brand expression. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has coached over 1000 people with many of her clients experiencing sustainable transformation and a distinct advantage in their performance and results – including developing emotional mastery leading to rewarding relationships, creating fulfilling career paths and businesses leading to monetary rewards and promotions, and greater work-life efficiency and improved health and vitality
